Please use the form below to sign up for the Extra Life Minecraft SkyBlock Challenge. You will need to add your IGN and the name of the team you are on. Please make sure that all of your teammates know the name of your team so we can group you accordingly. A team may have up to 3 members, but please note that the prizes are split evenly between team members. The prizes are as follows:

1st Place: $30 Amazon Gift Card, 30,000 points on SomeAwesome.com, and 90 levels of XP on the server.

2nd Place: 30,000 points on SomeAwesome.com, and 90 levels of XP on the server.

3rd Place: 90 levels of XP on the server
