Happy Mother’s Day to all the Awesome mom’s we know and love! You guys are amazing! As mom’s ourselves we know the daily struggles and the joys of motherhood so today, we celebrate with you.

This year’s Mother’s Day theme is…

and celebrating all the things that mom’s do. From helping out in the classroom, play dates at park, making memories at the beach, having a special Mother’s Day brunch with Mom, or just that comfortable feeling of being at home knowing mom is there, even when you don’t live there anymore.

Stop by all the stops, and visit our “Moms” who all have special holiday treats for you.

And don’t forget to pick up your special holiday collector’s map made by Caffryn and _Ayana_ of our Crazy Map Ladies! Beautiful job as usual ladies!

A special shout out to clumsypixie for the Child’s Artwork map she map for the occasion which can be picked up at the art gallery in the new Villager Mall.

As is tradition on Mother’s Day, the admins will have the day off so we can enjoy Mother’s Day with our families. None will be available that day, but if you have an emergency feel free to tag ToRiMiLi or Serverus in the group.

We’d like to take a moment to wish all the Mom’s out there a Happy Mother’s Day. As usual we have decorated the holiday areas on both servers to celebrate you! The holiday area will be open all weekend long so stop by and getting your in-game gifts, and don’t forget to grab a copy of your holiday Collectors Map on NuNu specially designed by our Pink Team this year!

Mother’s Day!

May is obviously a big month here for us, and this weekend, we’re going to give our wonderful admins the greatest gift in the world…

A BREAK

That’s right, for this weekend only, Friday through Sunday. The admins will be OFF DUTY. That means:

  • No CB requests
  • No help with complex builds
  • No CTRL-Z shop
  • No lottery
  • No fishing contest
  • No birthday deliveries (we’ll get to you after the weekend)
  • No tagging them in the group
  • No enchanted book sales
  • No Toad Hut (and if your power runs out this weekend, you get to keep it until Monday)
  • No CB requests

It doesn’t mean that they won’t be on, and it CERTAINLY doesn’t mean that there will be no one keeping an eye on things (hint: it’s me) but if you do see them on, please treat them like any other normal player unless it is a grave emergency.

This will be an excellent way to learn the real level of appreciation you have for how hard the ladies work on this server to provide you with the best experience possible, while providing them the opportunity to just be one of the regular folks and take it easy (if they decide to get on at all). I’m sure that once the weekend is over, you’ll be quite happy to have them back on the clock 😉
